Dr. Dayna Lee-Baggley is a Registered Clinical Psychologist. She obtained her Masters and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in health psychology from the University of British Columbia. She holds an Assistant Professor appointment in the Department of Family Medicine and cross-appointments in the Department of Surgery and the Department of Psychology and Neuroscience at Dalhousie University and an Adjunct Professor appointment in the Department of Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Saint Mary’s University.
Her research focus is on reducing human suffering, with an eye toward maintaining health and fixing chronic health conditions. We talk about her new book, Healthy Habits Suck, and lots more.
