  1. While making breakfast, this post and an example came to mind. Several years ago, there was a living art installation where a woman sat at a table in silence. People came one by one and sat across from her, and they stared into each other’s eyes. This is being very present, yes? One of the people who sat down across from her was an old friend/boyfriend whom she had not seen in many years. The silence between them included tears and then reaching across the table to hold hands before his time was up. I know this from the video. It was very touching and showed the power of being there in the moment.
